An interrogation was conducted (qabû) concerning the opening (petû) of the repair (batqu) box (šaddu) of the cella (bīt papāḫi) of Uṣur-amāssu by Nabû-bān-aḫi/Kabtia//Balāṭu and Gimil-Šamaš/Itti-Šamaš-balāṭu, the temple enterers (ērib bīti) of Uṣur-amāssu, of which Bēl-nādin-apli/Zēr-Bābili//Ileʾʾi-Marduk, Bēlšunu/Nabû-aḫḫē-iddin//Egibi, Gimillu/Zēria//Šigûa, Nabû-bān-aḫi/Iddin-Marduk//Nūr-Sîn, Gimillu/Bēl-aḫu-iddin and Bēl-ibni/Nādinu/Babūtu were witnesses (mukinnu). They explained to Marduk-šumu-iddin/Nabû-balāssu-iqbi//Gimil-Nanāya, the officials (bēl piqitti), and the Royal Resident (qīpu), who questioned them, that they were acting in accordance with an order when they opened it.
