Paraphrase

8 measures (mašīḫu) of barley, instead of 8 measures of emmer (kunāšu), the property (makkūru) of Eanna, are owed (ina muḫḫi) by Balāssu/Šumāya/Nabāya. He will give (nadānu) it in m. II in Eanna, in the measure of Eanna.
