Dannu-aḫḫēšu-ibni/Bēl-upaḫḫir rents a house plot (bītu) beginning from the 15th of m.XI for an annual rent of 10 shekels of silver. In the first year 3 shekels of silver will be deducted (naḫāsu) from the rent to compensate him for repair work.
The house plot was confiscated (našû) from Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin/Gudādû to compensate Eanna for his remainders (rēḫu) of sheep and goats.
