Paraphrase

5 minas 13 shekels of iron (parzillu) (in the form of) 1 iron esû-tool were received (maḫāru) from Nabû-zēru-iddin, the blacksmith (nappāḫ parzilli). (They are now) at the disposal (ina pāni) of Marduka/Nabû-zēru-ibni.
