Paraphrase

4 minas 54 shekels of silver (kaspi) (in the form of) the body (lānu) of the silver grate (kišukku) that is before Bēlet-balāti. (It was weighed) against a 5 minas (weight) of bronze (siparru), (with smaller) weights (šuqultu) of iron (parzillu) (added to balance) the silver. It is from the stock (ḫâṭu) of Bēl-ibni/Nabû-zēru-ibni, (and) was received (maḫāru) from Marduka/Nabû-zēru-ibni (M) and Šulāya/Nabû-zēru-ibni (Š).

1 mina 15 shekels of silver (in the form of) a silver kirītu-ornament of the silver fishermen (ba'eru) chest (šusullu) that is before Ištar; (weighed) according to the 1 mina hematite weight (šadânu) and (balanced with) weights of iron. 2 minas 17 shekels of silver (in the form of) … and silver cover/base (kusibirrītu) of the grate of Bēlet-balāti; (weighed) according to the 2 minas (weight) of bronze, (balanced with) weights of iron; (this amount) was received from M and Š.
