- Paraphrase
Šamaš-šumu-ukīn/Nabû-zēru-ukīn//Maḫḫû (ŠŠU) owes (muḫḫu) 1 mina (and) 1 shekel of silver to Mušēzib-Marduk/Nabû-kēšir//Iddin-Papsukkal (MM). He (MM) gave (nadānu) the silver of MM in m. I of year 13 to Bēl-šumu-iškun/Bēl-iddin//Kurī, the City Governor (šakin ṭēmi) in the presence ŠŠU. Nabû-ušēzib, his (of ŠŠU) slave (qallu) is the pledge (maškānu), until MM will be paid (eṭēru N). The silver was given on the command (pû) of Iddināya/Nabû-šumu-iddin//Iddin-Papsukkal in the presence of ŠŠU.
