Ardia/Šamaš-uballiṭ (A) owes (ina muḫḫi) 7;2.3 dates, impost of the field (imittu) in (tp)Bīt-šalti-il, in the upper city (elu āli), property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and of Nanāya. It is part of the rent (sūtu) of Gimillu/Ištar-šumu-ibni, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of Eanna.
A will deliver (nadānu) the dates in m. VII in one installment, in the enclosure (ina ḫaṣāri) using the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk together with a 1;0.2.3 "allowance"-fee (kurummatu), standard additional payments (including a load of firewood (libbi mangāgi u bilti ša ḫuṣābi)), and 1;0 choice-dates (makkasu).
His sissinnu-remuneration has been paid (eṭēru).
