Paraphrase

Nabû-erība/Zākiru (NE) owes (ina muḫḫi) 18;0 dates, impost of the fields (imittu eqli), two parts …of (tp)Kar-Eanna, property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and of Nanāya.

It is part of the rent (sūtu) of Gimillu/Ištar-šumu-ibni, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of Eanna.

NE will deliver (nadānu) the dates according to the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk in m. VII, in one installment in the enclosure (ina ḫaṣāri) together with a 1;0.2.3 "allowance"-fee (kurummatu), the standard additional products, and 1;3.2 choice-dates (makkasu). It is apart from 1;0 dates of the agricultural supervisor (gugallu) and a moneraty fee (kaspu ša ḫabi uḫīnu). His sissinnu-remuneration has been paid.

3 witnesses and the scribe Ṣillāya/Ištar-šumu-uṣur//(Kidin-Marduk).
