Paraphrase

5 tax assessors and scribes, who shall measure (mašāḫu) the arable land of the rent farms (sūtu) of the plowmen (ikkaru), and the imposts (imittu) on the arable land of the sharecroppers (errēšu) in all the irrigations districts (tamirtu) of the Lady of Uruk, take an oath of office before Zēria/Ibnāya//Egibi, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi and Kīnāya/Zēria, scribes of Eanna. They swear by Bēl, Nabû, the Lady of Uruk, Nanāya and the majesty (adê) of Nabonidus and his son Bēl-šarru-uṣur that they will not be negligent (lētu nadû), and that they will measure the land and decree the imposts until Eanna receives (erēbu) all the barley that pertains to the temple.

The 5 men are: Sîn-ibni/Šamaš-udammiq//Rēʼi-alpi, Gimillu/Aḫulap-Ištar//Ḫunzû, Šamaš-zēru-līšir/Šamaš-zēru-līšir, tax assessors (emēdu), Lūṣi-ana-nūri/Nabû-aḫḫē-bulliṭ//Dābibī, and Balāṭu/Mušēzib-Bēl, scribes.
