Šamaš-aḫu-iddin (ŠAI) received (maḫāru) 5;0 barley from Bēl-nāʼid (BN), slave of Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the royal courtier (ša rēš šarri). It is part of a credit (rašûtu) about 12;0 barley that was charged against Nādinu/Bēl-aḫu-iqīša (N). N had not debited (manû) these 5;0 to himself (ana muḫḫi ramnišu). The receipt (giṭṭu) about 12;0 barley that was sealed with the seal (kunukku) of BN was given by commission (našpartu) of N to Bēl(=Šamaš?)-aḫu-iddin/Nergal-dānu for (= to be given to) BN. If it turns up in the house of ŠAI, it belongs to BN.
