Paraphrase

Nabû-bān-aḫi/Tarībi (NBA) will receive silver from Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer of Eanna (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) and the officials of Eanna (bēl piqnēti) to deliver (fired) bricks (agurru).

The quantity of the bricks to be delivered is to be determined in the future by the purchaser (the Eanna temple). There is an unilaterally formulated obligation on the part of the debtor (NBA) to deliver bricks in the storehouse (maškattu) of Eanna at a rate of 1 mina of silver per 10 000 fired bricks (agurru ṣarriptu).

In the presence of Nabû-šarru-uṣur, the Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.

5 witnesses and the scribe Nanāya-iddin/Nabû-bān-aḫi//Ekur-zakir.
