Paraphrase

Ištar-ina-tēšî-ēṭir/Marduk-šāpik-zēri//Naggāru and Anu-zēru-ibni/Nabû-zēru-ušēbši owe 166;0 of dates for their field at the gate of (tp)Bitqu-ša-Bēl-ēṭir. These dates are the property (makkūru) of the Lady of Uruk and Nanāya and pertains to the fixed rent (sūtu) due to Šumu-ukīn/Bēl-zēri//Basia and Kalbāya/Iqīša, the rent farmer (ša muḫḫi sūti) of the Lady-of-Uruk (who had leased the license to collect rent on behalf of the temple).

They will deliver the dates in m.VII using the mašāḫu-measure of the Lady of Uruk.

They will give the standard additional payments and 17;0 of dates of good qualities (makkasu). They will stand surety for one another.
