Paraphrase

Note ina pani. Multiple deliveries of gold to the temple and the gold’s reallocation to be processed. Dated.

The tablet concerns incoming: 1 shekel of gold, the general income (irbu) of A1, the chief butcher (rab ṭābiḫī), and ½ shekel of gold, which was brought by (ina qātē našû) A2, for 5½ shekels of silver. Total of 1½ shekels of gold.

inner transfer: 1/5 shekel […] were lost during the smelting in the kiln, thus becoming 1¼ plus 1/10 of a shekel of gold. This gold is at the disposal (ina pāni) of B1 and B2, the goldsmiths for their work.
