Paraphrase

Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nanāya-ēreš and Šamaš-udammiq/Ina-ṭēšî-ēṭir received 133;4.0 dates from Arad-Innin and Balāṭu, sons of Ibni-Ištar and Šamaš-pirʼu-uṣur/Arad-Innin in the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk. The dates are the impost (imittu) of a date plantation of Dummuqu/Aplāya. They guarantee for the payment.

2 witnesses.

Scribe: Šamaš-udammiq/Ina-ṭēši-ēṭir (very likely one of the recipients).
