Purchase of a prebend: A purchases a share (isqu) of the prebend of the baker (nuhatimmūtu) before Nanāya for 5 days, from the 1st to the 5th of Ṭebēt (X), for 1 ½ minas of silver in pieces (šibirtu), together with an additional payment (atru) of 2 shekels of silver, from B. The transaction is concluded in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk (Nabû-udammiq). 5 witnesses and the scribe. Instead of a seal impression (kunukku), fingernail impression (ṣupru) of the seller.
