Nabû-ēṭir/Aḫḫēa//Ṭābia (NE) owes 15 minas of silver to Mušēzib-Marduk/Kiribtu(//Sîn-nāṣir) (MM). The interest is set at 1 shekel per mina monthly.

The following properties are pledged as security (maškanu) to MM:

1.) the 1/6th-inharitance share (zittu) of NE in a grove;

2.) the half-share (aḫu) of Šulāya(/Aḫḫēa//Ṭābia) (Š), brother of NE, in the same grove;

3.) the house plot in Uruk, against which NE has already cleared (eṭēru) the debt on behalf of Š;

4.) the house plot of NE in Babylon, which measures 13 reeds and is adjacent to the house plots of Nabû-ušallim/Amātu and Šumāya//Miṣirāya;

5.) all remaining possessions (nikkassu) of NE.

The witnesses list is badly preserved, it presumably included 11 names.

Promissory note for silver: B₁ owes A 15 minas of silver. The debt will bear a monthly interest of 1 shekel per mina (20% p.a.). The debt is secured by a pledge which includes: B₁’s 1/6 (inheritance) share (zittu) in an orchard; the half share (ahu) of the same orchard, which is the (inheritance) share of B₂, the brother of B₁; a house in Uruk against which B₁ has already drawn silver (nasāhu) for making a payment (eṭēru) on behalf (ana muhhi) of B₂; a plot in Babylon which measures 637 square cubits (159.25 m²) and borders on the houses of C₁ and C₂; (and) the entire assets (nikkassūšu ša āli u ṣēri) of B₁. 5+ witnesses and the scribe. In text BM11898 we learn about another 1/6 share of the inheritance of Ahhēa.
