Mušēzib-Marduk/Kiribtu(//Sîn-nāṣir) (MM) purchases a half-share (aḫu) in a plot with a date grove and fallow land (kišubbû) from Bēl-aḫḫē-iddin/Kudurru (BAI) and (f)Nasqat ((f)N), his mother.

The field is located in Uruk in the quarter (erṣetu) of the (tp)temple of Ninurta (bīt Ninurta) and measures 350 × 300 × 300 × 200 cubits. It is adjacent to the city walls (dūri ali), the street and the properties of Zibāya/Ērešu(//Šangû-Ninurta), Zākiru, the leatherworker(?), and Eanna-ibni, the potter (paḫāru). This is the agreed area under sale, irrespective of whether the plot is found to be larger or smaller (mala bašû) (upon measuring).

2 minas and 30 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price. Both BAI and (f)N receive it with a supplementary payment (atru) of 5 shekels, either added to the total or included (adi). The waiver clause is badly preserved.

Written in the presence of Aḫḫēšāya, the Governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk, Balāṭu, the High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and 14 witnesses.

Purchase of field: A purchases a half share of a field (eqlu) for 2 ½ minas of silver from B₁ and his mother ^fB₂. The plot of land comprises a date garden (kirî gišimmari) and wasteland (kišubbû) and is located in the district (erṣetu) of the Ninurta Temple inside of Uruk. Its upper side borders on the city wall (dūr āli), while its lower side, upper front and lower front border on (the properties of) C₁, C₂ and C₃. The upper front also borders on a street (sūqu). No cardinal directions are given in the record. Its upper side measures 350 cubits (175 m), its lower side and upper front 300 cubits (150 m) and its lower front 200 cubits (100 m). The plot presumably is the first half of the land bought by A from B₁ and B₂ one year later (BM119872). The transaction is concluded in the presence (ina ušuzzi) of the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Uruk (Ahhēšāya) and the bishop (šatammu) of Eanna (Balāṭu). 14 witnesses and the scribe.
