The tablet is organised in 4 columns (with headings) listing (1) the names of those who delivered the mentioned animals, followed in the other columns by the exact number for each class of animals, namely (ii) parru-male lambs, (iii) kalūmu-male lambs, and (iv) he-goats (urīṣu).

-Nūr-Bēl-lūmur, the herdman of Šumāya delivered 12 male lambs

-Tukulti-Marduk/Kudurru delivered 15 parru-male lambs and 2 kalūmu-male lambs

-Šamaš-aḫḫē-iddin/Šumu-iddin delivered 8 parru-male lambs

-...-Marduk/Bēl-uballiṭ delivered 4 parru-male lambs, 1 kalūmu-male lamb, and 5 he-goats.
