The obverse of the tablet is severely damaged, thus preventing us from understanding the nature and full content of the document. Something is charged against (ina muhhi) A1 and A2. The extant words refer to something that was placed (šakānu) at his (we don’t know whose) request (ana ṣibûti) and to the city of Piqudu. In the final line of the obverse, it is said that someone will bring it/them along (abāku) in Abu (V). Names of 7+ witnesses, rest broken off.
