Paraphrase | Undertaking to pay to the Eanna for the purchase of a calf B1, royal commissioner (qīpu) of the Ebabbar and 4 other men (B2-5) still owe 20 shekels of silver, corresponding to the price for a suckling calf (būru šizib). They will pay their debt to the temple in Dûzu (IV) and guarantee for each other. The calf belonged to (makkūru) the temple of Ištar of Uruk and Nanāya and was purchased (nadānu, wr. na-dan) by the Ebabbar for (ana) (the offerings of) the 20th of Simān (III). The document was written on that same day. Names of 4 witnesses and the scribe: Nabû-bāni-ahi/Ibnāya//Ekur-zākir.
