Paraphrase

Court judgement of Anu-u[sippi(?)]/Iqīšaya, arborist. He had cultivated more temple land in front of Bīt Gilānu than the 4 sūtu of barley land which the temple had allocated him. Testimony was made against him and he was convicted. The surplus lands are taken away from him and he must pay their production back thirtyfold. He even loses his plot of 4 sūtu. Three witnesses and Šamaš-mukīn-apli/Eanna-nādin-šumi//Bābūtu, the scribe.
