Paraphrase

Karêa/Dannu-Nergal swears by Bēl, Nabû and Cambyses that by the 2nd day of m.IX he will be present to litigate with Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur and Amurru-šarru-uṣur/Talīmu, and that he will pay 36;0 dates to the treasury of Eanna. Those dates are the rest (riḫitu) of his impost (imittu) for the 7th year of a field, property of Ištar of Uruk, located in (tp)Town-of-Baked-Bricks ((tp)til agurrēti).

Four witnesses and Anu-zēru-ušabši/Lâbâši, the scribe.
