Paraphrase

Account of sacrificial animals.

The obverse lists sheep and goats from(?) Nādinu/Zababa-ēreš.

The reverse is concerned with their issue(?): male kalūmu-lambs, unshorn (labšu) parru-lambs, and 1 shorn (gazzu) animal –  to the fattening (house) (urû), some of them on the 13th day; male kalūmu-lambs – for regular offerings (ginû), to Balāṭu, on the 13th day; big he-goats – for the men (ṣābu) working at the wall of Babylon, to Nidintu; [several lines blank]; barren ewe(s) for 1;0 of sacrificial commodities (maššartu), to Šamaš-mukīn-apli/Nādinu.
