Paraphrase

Oath of Šamaš-mudammiq/Ina-tēši-ēṭir. He swears by the gods and the adê of the king to Sîn-šarru-uṣur, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, that he did not steal a star-marked (kakkabtu) donkey used by Bēl-lumur/Nabû-ušallim, from the inn (bīt puṭṭuru) where the latter resided, together with a message from Nabugu, the son of Gubaru (the Persian governor), and the donkey's harness. If by witness testimony, he is found guilty, he will have to repay the temple thirtyfold and bear the royal guilt (ḫīṭu). Five witnesses and Nabû-bēlšunu/Nūrea, the scribe.
