By Cam. 06.III.01, Iqīša/Innin-šumu-uṣur (I), tithe farmer (ša muḫḫi ešri) of (tp)Sumandar, will bring document(s) (šaṭāru) concerning barley and dates, the tithe (ešrû) of (tp)Sumandar due in Cam. 05, which I collected (našû) from freemen (mār banî). He will give the document(s) to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Sîn-šarru-uṣur, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna.

Within 20 days, Iqīšaya/Innin-šumu-uṣur, who is responsible for the tithe of Sumandar, must bring the register of his collection of barley and dates from the previous year and present it to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Sîn-šarru-uṣur, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. Four witnesses and Marduk-nāṣir/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, the scribe.
