Court statement of Bāba-ēreš/Nabû-aḫu-uṣur, temple shepherd (re’û). He accuses Budiya and Ša-Nabû-taqûm, servants (lamutānū) of Kīnāya/Raḫimmu of assaulting him and stealing sheep from him in the presence of Arad-Bēl/Šarru-kīn, chief of the cattle (rab būli), in the council (kiništu) of the mār bānê. Kīnāya must bring his two servants early next month before the king's tribunal. If they do not show up, Kīnāya will have to reimburse the temple for the deficit of the herd of Bāba-ēreš. Six witnesses and Marduk-nāṣir/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, the scribe.
