Paraphrase

The weaver Bēl-iddin delivers (maḫāru) divine garments and yarn.

Garments of the Lady of Uruk: white woven (meḫṣu) cloth (in the form) of ṣibtu-garments, sashes (ḫuṣannu), and a mēzeḫu-scarf; woven cloth of red wool (tabarru) dyed with inzaḫurētu (in the form) of turbans (paršīgu) and a sash; woven cloth of blue wool (takiltu) (in the form) of a head scarf (lubāru kulūlu) and a headband (eru); gold-colored (sādu) garments, cording (guḫalṣu) of dark-colored fabric (da’mu), and yarn (ṭīmu).

Garments of Nanāya: white woven cloth (in the form) of a ṣibtu-garment; woven cloth of red wool dyed with madder (ḫûratu) (in the form) of a ṣabû-garment; white woven cloth (in the form) of sashes; woven cloth of blue wool (in the form) of a head scarf and a headband; turbans and a cording of dark-colored fabric.

Garments of the Lady of Rēš: white woven cloth (in the form) of a lubāru-garment and ṣibtu-garments, sashes, and other clothing; in a broken context, inzaḫurētu and a headband are mentioned.

Garments of Uṣur-amāssu: white(?) woven cloth (in the form) of ṣibtu-garments and sashes; woven cloth of red wool dyed with inzaḫurētu (in the form) of turbans.

Garments of Gula: white woven cloth (in the form) of sashes; woven cloth of red wool dyed with inzaḫurētu (in the form) of a turban.

Additionally: white yarn, yarn of red wool that was dyed with madder, and a linen cording of blue wool; woven cloth of red wool dyed with inzaḫurētu (in the form) of the turbans of the Divine Standards (urigallu) of the Lady of Uruk and Uṣur-amāssu.
