Mušallim-Marduk/Arad-Nabû//Šangû-Nabû, Bānia/Nabû-nāṣir//Nabû-šarḫi-ilāni, Bēl-iddin/Nergal-iddin//Pappāya, and Innin-šumu-uṣur/Gimillu//Kurī guarantee to Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur, and Bēl-eṭēri-Nabû, royal courtier (ša rēš šarri), for Nabû-zēru-līšir/Nabû-mukīn-apli//Sîn-leqe-unninnī and Anu-pirʼu-uṣur/Šamaš-šumu-iddin//Sîn-leqe-unninnī. When Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), <Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna>, arrives in Uruk, they will bring them and hand them over to NAI. Mutual guarantee. Else, they will pay 1 mina of silver to Eanna for the silver bowl (šappu) on a stand (karû) which went missing (ḫalāqu), and search (buʼʼû) for the thief (tābalānu).

Presentation of accused. Mušallim-Marduk/Arad-Nabû//Šangû Nabû, Bāniya/Nabû-nāṣir/Nabû-šarḫu-ilāni, Bēl-iddin/Nergal-iddin/Pappaya, and Innin-šumu-uṣur/Gimillu//Kurī promise to present Nabû-zēru-līšir/Nabû-mukīn-apli//Sîn-lēqi-unninni and Anu-piru-uṣur/Šamaš-aḫu-iddin//Sîn-lēqi-unninni to Nādinu/Bēl-aḫḫē-iqīša//Egibi, Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin/Bēl-aplu-uṣur, and Bēl-ēṭir-Nabû, royal representative (ša rēš šarri), when Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri), returns to Uruk. If they fail to do so, they will have to pay one mina of silver, the equivalent of the silver storage jug the men are accused to have stolen from the temple of Gula. Four witnesses and Marduk-šumu-iddin/Aḫulap-Innin, the scribe.
