Delivery of date branches to the royal palace. Ardiya/Nabû-ban-aḫi/Rēmūt-Ea, general farmer (ša rēḫi), must deliver 5000 loads of date branches to the royal palace within 2 months, making up the share due by Eanna, through Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. If he fails to do so, he will incur the punishment (ḫīṭu) of Gubaru, governor (paḫātu) of Babylon and Transeuphrates. He already has a balance of 100 branches in his debit. Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin, the scribe. |
