Conditional verdict against [PN]/Ištar-zēru-ibni for having taken star-marked (kakkabtu) sheep from the herdsmen, for money or as a gift (šugarrû; i.e., for payment in kind). Should a pertinent witness come forward, the guilty man will have to reimburse the animal’s value thirtyfold. This is witnessed by Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. Two further witnesses and Arad-Marduk/Marduk-šumu-iddin//Bēl-aplu-uṣur, the scribe.
