Paraphrase

Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Arad-Bēl owes 30;0 dates, impost (imittu) of a field in (tp)Kurbat-Town (āl kurbat), property of Eanna, part of the rent (sūtu) of Nabû-bān-aḫi/Kalbāya//Basia, rent farmer of date (plantations) (ša muḫḫi sūti ša suluppi) of the Lady of Uruk. He will pay in m.VIII in the measure (mašīḫu) of the Lady of Uruk in one installment. He will also give standard additional payments. His sissinnu-remuneration has been paid, apart from a monetary fee (kaspu ša ḫabi uḫīni) and the “allowance”-fee (kurummatu).

Date impost (imittu) on a palm grove in Kurbat, pertaining to the rent farm (ša sūti) of Nabû-bān-aḫi/Kalbāya//Basīya, the general rent farmer for dates. Šamaš-aḫu-iddin/Arad-Bēl must deliver 30 kurru of dates within a month with the usual ancillary products. Two witnesses and Ištar-šumu-uṣur/Nergal-šarru-uṣur, the scribe.
