Presentation of accused. Balāṭu/Nabû-šumu-ukīn//Kidin-Marduk and Libluṭ/Nabû-kēšir//Šumātu vouch for Innin-šumu-uṣur/Nergal-ušēzib//Kidin-Marduk who must accompany Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, to Babylon (the date corresponds to the New Year's Day ceremonies). If Innin-šumu-uṣur does not go, he must pay thirty-fold what date imposts he owes according to the testimony of witnesses. Three witnesses and Marduk-nāṣir/Madānu-aḫḫē-iddin//Šigû’a, the scribe.
