Paraphrase

By the first day of m.II Ṣillī-Nanāya/Innin-zēru-ušebši (ṢN) shall bring 9 sheep and goats, property of the Lady of Uruk, and have them branded in Eanna. These animals belong to the fold (qabuttu) of ṢN? and Šamaš-udammiq/Nabû-mušētiq-uddi, and they have been brought by ṢN from Iddia/Abu-ú-mi-su and Šamaš-iqbi. Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Nabû-zēru-iddin testified something, whose details are lost in a lacuna.

Delivery of livestock. Ina-ṣilli-Nanāya/Innin-nāṣir must bring 9 heads of small livestock within seven days to Eanna, so they can be marked. They come from Iddiya/AD-ú-mi-um, Šamaš-iqbi, […]/Nabû-mušētiq-uddî, Ina-ṣillli-Nanāya himself, and Nabû-balāssu-iqbi/Nabû-zēru-iddin.  Five (?) witnesses and Ap[…]/[PN]//Kurī, the scribe.
