Ibnāya has 10 days to hand her over to Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-apli//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna.
