Innin-šumu-uṣur/Eanna-ibni (IŠU) rents a third of the house of Gimillu/Šākin-šumi, oblate of the Lady of Uruk, beginning from Cyr. 05.I. The rent (idu) will be paid in barley, in two installments, one at the beginning and another in the middle of the year. IŠU will renew the roof and repair the wall footing.

Lease of (part of) a house. Gimillu/Šākin-šumi, oblate (širku) of Eanna, leases 1/3 of his house for 2? kurru barley per year to Innin-šumu-uṣur/Eanna-ibni. Half is to be paid at the beginning and half in the middle of the year. Usual maintenance clauses. Three witnesses and Širikti-Kusu/Balāṭu, the scribe.
