On/by Cyr. 05.VII.[x+]15, Gūzānu/Nabû-dayyānu (G) will bring Šamaš-nādin-šumi/Erībšu (ŠNŠ), the runaway oblate of the Lady of Uruk, whom he seized (ekēmu) from Širikti-Kusu/Balāṭu. G will hand him over to Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna. If G fails, he will give to Eanna ŠNŠ and his quit rent (mandattu), payable from the day of ŠNŠ’s escape.

Presentation of fugitive oblate. Guzānu/Nabû-dânu must present the fugitive oblate (širku) Šamaš-nādin-šumi/Erībšu, who fled from Širikti-Kusu, and hand him over to Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna. In case of default, he will have to return not only the oblate, but also the value of his work (mandattu) since the date of his flight. Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin, the scribe.
