Paraphrase

The tablet stipulates that A, the herdsman (nāqidu) of the Lady-of-Uruk, should bring along (abāku) 100 sheep and goats (ṣēnu), large and small (rabītu u qallatu), in Nisan (I) 7 Cyr. These animals are in payment of (ina) of his outstanding balance (rēhu ina muhhi) of year 6 (i.e. the current year), and are to be kept apart (elat) from the animals in his fold (qabuttu). A will brand (šamātu) and present (kullumu) them in Tagritenu to the messenger (mār šipri) of B1 and B2, temple administrator (šatammu) and royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, respectively.

Additionally, C will give (nadānu) 2 minas of silver to the temple’s treasury (makkūru) against (ina) the outstanding balance of A from year 6. This is apart from earlier balances pending against A.

Names of 2 witnesses and a scribe.
