The High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna Nidinti-Bēl/Nabû-mukīn-zēri/Dābibī together with the royal courtier of the agent (ša-rēš-šarri bēl-piqitti) of Eanna Nabû-aḫu-iddin told (qabû) the goldsmiths and oblates (širku) Eanna-ana-bītišu/Amīl-Nabû and […]a/Bēl-ēṭir that if they smelt (patāqu) the stamped silver, they will bear (zabālu) the royal punishment (hīṭu ša šarri). 2 witnesses and the scribe Pir’u/Eanna-šumu-ibni.

Restriction imposed by the temple on goldsmiths regarding the smelting of silver.
A1, the temple administrator (šatammu) and A2, the royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, told B1 and B2, the goldsmiths (kutimmu) and temple-serfs (širku) the following: ‘If you smelt the ginnu-silver,* you will bear (zabālu) the penalty of the king (hīṭu ša šarri).’
