Paraphrase | Between the 20th of Kislīm (IX) and the 15th of Ṭebēt (X) A has to bring along (abāku) all the ploughmen (ikkaru) of the Lady-of-Uruk in Kār-Eanna, along with their sons, their brothers, their substitutes (kutallu), and the extra men (ṭīpu)* who are with them and show (kullumu) them to B, the temple administrator (šatammu)** of Eanna. If he hides (paširu šakānu) any (mamma) of these men, he will pay (nadānu) thirty-fold to the Lady-of-Uruk. Name of 3 witnesses and a scribe.
