A, a known rab epinni, was probably accused of being present (ina pāni) when B made an unauthorised sale of temple barley. If a witness (mukinnu) or an informer (bātiqu) testifies (kânu, D) against A to confirm it, A will have to repay the temple thirty-fold of as much (mala) barley as was sold.
