Paraphrase | Summon of a man to Babylon and guarantee for his arrival at the set date. Penalty at default. A1* and A2* guarantee (pūtu našû) to B, the temple administrator (šatammu) of Eanna, that C* will go to (alāku) Babylon in Dûzu (IV, i.e. this month) and stand before (ana pāni) D. If C won’t go, A1 and A2 will bear the punishment of (hīṭu ša) E, the governor (pīhātu) of Babylon and Across-the-river. Names of 4 witnesses and a scribe. * A1 and C are brothers. A2 is probably their cousin.
