Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī (NMA), High Priest (šatammu) of Eanna and Sîn-šarru-uṣur/Nabû-aḫu-iddin (NAI), Royal Overseer (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, gave 40 plowmen (ikkaru), oblates of Ištar of Uruk, to Lâbâši/Nanāya-aḫu-iddin, plowman and oblate of Ištar of Uruk. These workers (ṣābu) shall perform work (dullu) at the royal palace in (tp)Matnānu ((tp)Matannan, Matanna). If one of them leaves, L will bear the punishment (ḫīṭu) of the king.

Obligation to deliver ploughmen from among the temple serfs for work in a royal building project. Penalty in case of default.
A1, the temple administrator (šatammu), and A2, the courtier and royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, handed over (nadānu, Pret.) 40 ploughmen (ikkaru), temple-serfs (širku), to B, a ploughman and temple-serf himself. B should bring (abāku) these 40 men to Baṭnānu for (ana) building work (dullu epēšu) at the royal palace in (ša ina) Baṭnānu.
If any of them will go (alāku) to another place (ašar šanamma), B will bear (šadādu) the punishment (hīṭu) of the king.

Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, and Sîn-šarru-uṣur, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, gave 40 farmers, all temple oblates (širkū), to the farmer and temple oblate Lâbâši/Nanāya-aḫu-iddin to work in the royal palace in Matnānu/Matannan. If one of them leaves, Lâbâši will suffer the punishment (ḫīṭu) of the king. Three witnesses and Gimillu/Innin-zēru-iddin, the scribe.
