Paraphrase | Obligation to deliver ploughmen from among the temple serfs for work in a royal building project. Penalty in case of default. A1, the temple administrator (šatammu), and A2, the courtier and royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, handed over (nadānu, Pret.) 40 ploughmen (ikkaru), temple-serfs (širku), to B, a ploughman and temple-serf himself. B should bring (abāku) these 40 men to Baṭnānu for (ana) building work (dullu epēšu) at the royal palace in (ša ina) Baṭnānu. If any of them will go (alāku) to another place (ašar šanamma), B will bear (šadādu) the punishment (hīṭu) of the king. Names of 3 witnesses and a scribe.
