Paraphrase | Guarantee to guard barley from the fixed-rent. A guarantees (pūtu našû) for the guarding (maṣṣartu) of 314 kor of barley, property (makkūru) of the Lady-of-Uruk and Nanāya. The barley which C1, the courtier and royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, had measured (mašāhu) out and deposited (nadû) in the granary (karû, wr. ka-a-ram?) in a certain locality (place name is broken off), originated from B’s rent farm (sūtu). Whoever opens (petû) (the granary and removes) the barley without the consent (ša la) of C2, the temple administrator (šatammu), and C1, the courtier and royal supervisor, shall bear (šadādu) the punishment (hīṭu) of the king. Names of 3 witnesses and a scribe.
