Paraphrase

Long term lease of temple land for orchard-planting.

A1, the temple administrator (šatammu) of Eanna, A2, the royal supervisor (ša rēš šarri bēl piqitti) of Eanna, and the scribes (ṭupšarru) of Eanna give 2 plots of land (zēru) to be (ana) planted (zāqipanūtu) by B, the courtier (rēš šarri).

The plots: Most of the measurements and descriptions are fragmentary. Here, only the better preserved descriptions of adjacent plots are paraphrased: the first plot is said to be next to the plot at the disposal of C1, and the second plot is next to the nakkandu-land on which temple-serfs (širku) are settled, and next to the hallatu-orchard at the disposal (ina pāni) of [C2].

The grand total of surface for these 2 plots is 0;0.2.3?.9 kor [...].

Obligations: B will plant (zaqāpu) Dilmun date palms (asnû) and [date palms?] there (ina libbi).  Although fragmentary, it seems that he is entitled to the usufruct (pāni dagālu N) of everything he can cultivate below the trees, in addition to(?) [...] Dilmun dates for the first ten years.

Names of 2 witnesses (ina ušuzzu) and the scribe.
