Paraphrase | Long term land lease for tending the date palms in an orchard belonging to the temple on a sharecropping basis. Two brothers, A1 and A2, give their hallatu-orchard (zēru kirû hallatu) of the Lady-of-Uruk and Nanāya, to B for the purpose of orchard-tending (nukaribbūtu) for 4 years. The plot is situated on the intake (bābu) of Ḫarru-ša-Gubbāya. B will (re-)build (epēšu) the orchard wall (igāru) and cut (nakāsu) the thorny bushes (giṣṣu). His share (zittu) will be ¼ of the yield (ebūru) of the plot. Whoever transgresses the agreement will pay 5 shekels of silver. Names of 7 witnesses and the scribe.
