Paraphrase | Long term land lease for tending the date palms in an orchard belonging to the temple A gives a plot of land (zēru), a hallatu-orchard (kirû) of Ištar to B1 and B2 for the purpose of orchard-tending (nukaribbūtu). The land is located on the upper Nār-šarri canal and B1 and B2 will be have it at their disposal (ina pāni) for 3 years. They will take care of the irrigation (mê ṣabātu Š), protect (naṣāru) the fronds (libbu) and shoots (haruttu), and guarantee (pūtu našû) for guarding (maṣṣartu) the unripe dates (uhinnu). B1 and B2 will get (akālu, lit. eat) a 1/5-share (zittu) from the yield (ebūr eqli). He (probably A) will conduct (emēdu) the impost (imittu) procedure (also) for the fresh dates (uhinnu) on the young palmtrees and will harvest (nakāsu) them. Names of 5 witnesses and the scribe.
