Paraphrase | Land lease for uncultivated land belonging to the temple on a sharecropping basis. Dialogue document. A approaches (ana pāni alāku) B and asks (qabû) him to give him (nadānu, wr. bīnamma) the uncultivated land (qaqqaru bīt taptû) on the bank of Innin canal, land (qaqqaru) of the Lady-of-Uruk, to work there (ina libbi epēšu). B agrees (šemû, lit. listens). In return, A will give ¼-share (zittu) as šibšu-rent of the land to (ana) the Eanna temple. Names of 2 witnesses and the scribe.
