Paraphrase

Purchase of a land: B1 and B2 purchase from A 0;0.3 square kor (1,350 m2) of arable land (zēru), a garden planted with date palms (kirû gišimmarē zaqpu), for ½ mina and ½ shekel of white silver (kaspu peṣû) in pieces (šibirtu), including an additional payment (atru) of 1/2 shekel of silver. The land is located in the meadowland (ugāru) of the irrigation district (tamirtu) Hurad Sūhaya in the district (pīhatu) of Borsippa. Its upper side borders on the field (eqlu) of C1 and its lower side on the field C2. Its upper front borders on the field of C3 and its lower front on the field of B1 and B2. At the sealing (kanāku) of the tablet (ṭuppu) were present 3 witnesses (Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Nabû-mušētiq-uddi//Ilī-bāni and Nabû-mušētiq-uddi/Bēl-lē’i//Ilī-bāni) and the scribe.
