Lease of land for gardening: B1 and B2 rent for gardening (ana nukaribbūti ṣabātu) 1 square kor (13,500 m2) of arable land (zēru) above (elēnu) and 0;4 square kor (10,800 m2) of arable land beneath (šupālu) the street (harrānu) belonging to A for 3 years. They guarantee (pūtu našû) for the digging (herû) of the field (eqlu) after moistening (labku) of the soil, for the digging of of the ditches (harru) and drain channels (ārittu), for the border (miṣru) and akkullātu-formation, for the watering (šaqû ša mê) of the land and for constructing (epēšu) the wall (igāru). For 1 square kor of land they will enjoy (akālu) 5 kor (900 l) of wages in dates (sissinnu). They will also enjoy a third of the full-grown fruit trees (gapnu rubbû) and from those which are still to be grown A will enjoy a third.
