Paraphrase
Lease of land: B rents (ana sūti ṣabātu) arable land (zēru) of the hanšû-land of Bīt-Bibbē belonging to A. For 2;2.3 kor (450 l) dates he will give 3 loads of palm-frond ribs (huṣābu). He will deliver the dates in their entirety in the house of A, according to the measure (mašīhu) of the king. The (tax of the) work (dullu) and the service of the agricultural supervisor (gugallūtu) are paid (eṭēru Stat.). He guarantees (pūtu našû) for the watering (šaqû ša mê) of the land and against the decrease (kuppupu) of the date garden and for leaving it lying fallow (puššuhu). 2 witnesses and the scribe. The one who violates (nabalkutu) the agreement will pay (šalāmu D-stem) 2 shekels of silver.
